Shipping Disclaimer

IDLS is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, resent or delayed after the order has been transferred to the shipping carrier. 

All shipping timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding weekends. Orders requiring Express or Overnight shipping must be placed by 2:00 PM Eastern Time. Orders placed after this cutoff are not guaranteed expedited delivery and are non-refundable.

In the event your package is returned back to us at the discretion of the shipping carrier, there is a $10 re-shipping fee. If a shipment is marked as Delivered by USPS or UPS but is not received, the customer assumes all responsibility for filing a lost or stolen package claim directly with the shipping carrier. Packages marked as delivered will not be replaced or reshipped.

For shipment tracking, delivery updates, or carrier-related issues, the customer must contact USPS or UPS directly using the tracking information provided at the time of shipment.

Agreement to Terms

By placing an order with Indi’s Dollhouse, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all terms and conditions set forth in this policy and authorizes all charges incurred in connection with the order.

Local Pickup Policy

Customers selecting local pickup must retrieve their order within seven (7) calendar days of notification.

Orders not picked up within seven (7) calendar days will be canceled. In such cases, IDLS will issue a store credit gift card in the amount of the original purchase, which shall be the sole remedy.
