We have a no refund/return policy, as we cannot restock any returned items due to sanitation concerns.
At this time, we do not accept exchanges under normal circumstances.
However, if you receive the wrong item(s) due to an error made by IDLS, we will gladly replace or refund the affected product.

Once your package is marked “Delivered” by USPS or UPS, but you did not receive it, you are responsible for filing a lost or stolen package claim directly with the shipping carrier.
Indi’s Dollhouse is not liable for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are confirmed delivered by USPS or UPS.
For all shipping updates or delivery concerns, please visit the USPS or UPS website and enter the tracking numberprovided in your confirmation email.
By completing a purchase with Indi’s Dollhouse, you are agreeing to these terms and authorizing any charges made to your account as a result of your order.
Customers have 7 days from the time of notification to pick up their order.
If the order is not picked up within 7 days, it will be canceled, and a store credit gift card equal to the full value of the order will be issued instead.
The gift card can be used toward any future purchase on our site.
