We have a no refund/return policy, as we cannot restock any returned items due to sanitation concerns.

Exchanges - Exchanges will only be permitted if you receive the incorrect item(s) within your order. We must be notified within 24 hours of delivery. Please reach out to us on Instagram (@indisdollhousee) with your first/last name and order number. A photo of the issue must be included. Once your request is confirmed by us, you will receive a return label to send your item(s) back to our location. Item(s) must be unused and returned in the original condition and packaging. A refund will be issued to you for the incorrect item.

Disclaimer - If your package has been confirmed via USPS / UPS delivered or you did not receive it , you must file a claim with USPS / UPS. Indi’s Dollhouse is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. For any and all shipping updates please contact or visits the UPS website with the tracking number we provided you. If you have a history of missing packages, we highly recommend that you select “SIGNATURE REQUIRED” to minimize this possibility.
