Refund Policy

All sales are final. Refunds and exchanges are not offered except in cases where the customer receives an incorrect item.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are not accepted under normal circumstances. If an incorrect item is received as a result of an error by Indi’s Dollhouse (“IDLS”), IDLS may, at its sole discretion, issue a replacement or refund for the affected item.

Eligibility for Replacement or Refund

To be considered for a replacement or refund, the customer must comply with all of the following requirements:

  • Notify IDLS within forty-eight (48) hours of confirmed delivery.

  • Contact IDLS via direct message on Instagram at @indisdollhousee.

  • Provide the customer’s first and last name, order number, and a clear photograph of the incorrect item(s), unopened and unused.

Failure to meet these requirements will void eligibility for a replacement or refund. IDLS is not responsible for orders placed incorrectly by the customer.

Shipping Disclaimer

IDLS is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed after the order has been transferred to the shipping carrier. 

All shipping timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding weekends. Orders requiring Express or Overnight shipping must be placed by 2:00 PM Eastern Time. Orders placed after this cutoff are not guaranteed expedited delivery and are non-refundable.

If a shipment is marked as Delivered by USPS or UPS but is not received, the customer assumes all responsibility for filing a lost or stolen package claim directly with the shipping carrier. Packages marked as delivered will not be replaced or reshipped.

For shipment tracking, delivery updates, or carrier-related issues, the customer must contact USPS or UPS directly using the tracking information provided at the time of shipment.

Agreement to Terms

By placing an order with Indi’s Dollhouse, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all terms and conditions set forth in this policy and authorizes all charges incurred in connection with the order.

Local Pickup Policy

Customers selecting local pickup must retrieve their order within seven (7) calendar days of notification.

Orders not picked up within seven (7) calendar days will be canceled. In such cases, IDLS will issue a store credit gift card in the amount of the original purchase, which shall be the sole remedy.

Agreement to Terms and Payment Authorization

By placing an order with Indi’s Dollhouse, the customer expressly authorizes Indi’s Dollhouse to charge the payment method provided for the total purchase amount, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.

The customer acknowledges that all sales are final, except as expressly stated in this policy, and agrees not to file a chargeback or payment dispute with their bank or payment provider for any reason covered by these terms.

In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute initiated in violation of this policy, the customer agrees that such action constitutes a breach of these terms. Indi’s Dollhouse reserves the right to provide this policy, order confirmation, and delivery documentation to the financial institution or payment processor as evidence of authorization and fulfillment.
